Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

shower control flaking paint
The shower control detached easily in my hand. The bathroom clearly needed refurbishment. Some paint on the bedroom ceiling was flaking. A fresh coat would improve the space. Noise from the adjacent bar was noticeable.
